Our Native American Focus reflects our commitment to building meaningful relationships with Native-owned businesses, tribal organizations, and communities throughout Oklahoma. Through connection, participation, and service, we’re proud to support the people and organizations that continue to strengthen our state.

Our connection to Native communities isn’t a marketing angle, it’s personal. Within our family, heritage runs deep. Shane Brinkley is a documented citizen of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. His Choctaw ancestors hail from Whitefield, Oklahoma. Melissa carries Cherokee heritage, though undocumented, through her ancestor Elizabeth Brown House. Melissa's interest in her ancestry led her to take a Native American Studies class at the University of Oklahoma, which expanded her appreciation for the diverse native tribes and traditions even more.

What began as business relationships within Native communities quickly became something much more meaningful. At first, we were simply focused on doing great work, building partnerships, serving clients well, and operating with excellence. But the more time we spent working alongside Native-owned businesses and tribal organizations, the more we experienced something different: a deep sense of family, trust, and shared values.

Today, our Native American Focus isn’t just about commerce. It’s about community. It’s about honoring heritage. And it’s about building partnerships rooted in respect, transparency, and long-term impact. This is more than work to us, It’s family.
