Are you fully insured, and can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
We are fully insured, carrying GL, Excess, Auto, and Workman's Comp insurance. We can easily provide a COI upon request.
Can you clean other exterior surfaces, like awnings, signage, or building facades?
While some of our gear can clean these surfaces, we do not offer pressure washing or soft washing surfaces. We can point you in the right direction however and offer guidance.
Do you offer customized maintenance contracts or recurring schedules?
We prefer maintenance contracts over one off services. We believe that putting your window cleaning on cruise control helps make your life easier.
What is your safety protocol for high-rise or multi-story buildings?
We use third party verified technicians for all high rise work. Our crews inspect equipment daily, log rope hours, and follow all OSHA standards when working at height.
Can you perform the cleaning outside of standard business hours?
We can perform work outside of normal business hours for an additional fee. Ask upon request.
Residential Properties
How much does residential window cleaning cost?
Residential cleaning for a moderately sized house typically ranges from 300-600 dollars depending on height and safety factors, but can be lower or higher if your house is small or large.
How often should I have my home's windows washed?
We recommend quarterly outside cleaning and semi-annual inside cleaning for residential homes.
Do you remove hard water stains, paint, or construction debris?
Removing hard water, etching, or construction debris is an additional fee, but can be done during the normal course of service.
Will you clean the inside and outside, including screens and tracks?
We can clean both, and yes we clean the tracks, seals, and screens if requested.
What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?
If weather is forecasted we will typically reschedule your appointment with you. If it starts while we are on site, we will stop and find another time to clean that works for you.
